Tavistock Restaurant Collection is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to support its four brands – Abe & Louie's, Atlantic Fish Co, Joe's American Bar & Grill, and Coach Grill. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, maximizing sales and profits, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include operational support, employee training, cost control, and maintaining restaurant standards.

Requirements

• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance to contribute to the guests’ experience.
• Visit guests at their tables and engage in conversation.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Conduct team member performance assessments and provide coaching.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Manage prep and close the shift
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures.
