Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or a similar analytical finance role
- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controlling
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with planning tools and cloud-based finance systems
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and explain financial topics in a clear and pragmatic way
- Structured, independent thinker with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, with the ability to link P&L performance to operational drivers
- Familiarity with unit economics, cost efficiency metrics, and ROI thinking (marketing or operational)
- Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
