Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or a similar analytical finance role
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controlling
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with planning tools and cloud-based finance systems
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and explain financial topics in a clear and pragmatic way
• Structured, independent thinker with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, with the ability to link P&L performance to operational drivers
• Familiarity with unit economics, cost efficiency metrics, and ROI thinking (marketing or operational)
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
