Funds Senior Associate

We're looking for a Corporate Funds Associate to advise on the structuring, formation, and operation of investment vehicles in the market. You'll work at the cutting edge of fund formation and strategy, collaborating with fund managers, institutional investors, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advise on structuring, formation, and promotion of investment funds
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation
• Support fund managers with operational legal issues
• Advise institutional investors on fund investments and co-investments
• Work closely with tax, regulatory, finance, and corporate teams
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes
• Conduct legal research on complex fund formation and marketing issues
