Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service. The representative will handle front desk activities, facilitate account updates, and maintain the cleanliness of the club.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
