Job Description
We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness in Atlantic Beach, FL. The successful candidate will provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, and be responsible for various front desk activities, including greeting members, handling phone calls, and updating member accounts.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
