Sr. Director - Accounting & Reporting

We are seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated, and high-integrity Senior Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting who brings deep technical expertise, a passion for accounting excellence, and an unwavering commitment to getting the numbers right.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Master's in Accounting strongly preferred.
• Active CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Deep working knowledge of ASC 842 and IFRS 16 lease accounting.
• Demonstrated success leading close processes, audits, and accounting teams.
• Experience managing outsourced accounting providers preferred.
• Strong technical accounting acumen with the ability to interpret, communicate, and apply complex standards.
• Proven change-leader with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus
