TCL Research Europe is a research and development center looking for an Office Coordinator to maintain a friendly atmosphere, perform office tasks, and support employees and guests.

Requirements

• Maintenance of the office and its equipment
• Collaboration with service companies
• Handling postal and courier mail
• Collaboration with accounting (monthly payment reports, invoice management)
• Organization of integrations and company lunches
• Supporting employees in daily office matters (hotel and ticket booking, equipment purchase, and ongoing organizational support)
• Coordinating document circulation within the company
• Receiving and handling guests and clients
• Building a good company image
• Supporting the HR department
• Supporting artificial intelligence projects
