TCP is seeking a Manager of BDR to lead the BDR team in building new pipeline, achieving targets, and leveraging technology to drive sales. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, management experience, and expertise in Salesforce and sales enablement tools.

- Hiring and onboarding of BDR team members
- Establishing team structure and responsibilities
- Developing and communicating goals for the BDR team
- Defining and enforcing desired KPIs and compensation plans
- Guiding BDRs on prospecting strategies and lead generation
- Ensuring data integrity and MQL assignment processes
- Working with marketing and revenue operations to adopt new technologies
- Managing a team with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Ability to understand data and identify insights to inform prospecting strategies
