Software Engineer in Test - Lead

TCP is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive team. We are seeking a Software Engineer in Test - Lead to own the quality assurance strategy and execution for our product, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or senior QA role.
• Strong hands-on experience in writing automation test scripts and frameworks.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Solid understanding of manual testing fundamentals alongside automation.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience supporting releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and clearly communicate software defects.
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, triage, and defect lifecycle management.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
