TCP has helped organizations engage their people by providing flexible, mobile timekeeping and workforce management solutions for over 30 years. We're expanding and looking for a Software Engineer IV - PHP to enhance and retain our flagship workforce management solution, Humanity.
Requirements
- Design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities
- Actively participate in work planning during team meetings
- Conduct code reviews and support colleagues in maintaining code quality
- Troubleshoot and improve application performance
- Implement new technologies and continuously improve the development process
