We are seeking an Instructional Assistant to support our manufacturing programs, including Welding, Machining, Industrial Technology, and Construction. The role will involve assisting instructors with daily classroom management, supporting students during hands-on projects, and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma; a Technology Center diploma or associate's degree in a manufacturing or skilled trades field is preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction-related field
- Industry-recognized certification relevant to area of expertise (e.g. AWS, NIMS, NCCER)
- Forklift certification
- Basic technical skills in welding processes, machining and fabrication, hand and power tools, blueprint reading, measurement, and shop math
