The Business Development Manager is responsible for execution of the suppliers' strategy and maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization & partners.
Requirements
- Create, Develop & implement supplier/vendor specific initiatives
- Channel Partner & Vendor engagement
- Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections
- Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management
- Learn from existing BDMs on market potential and work on developing market base
- Work with Channel Partners to develop sales competencies and help close deals through “hands on” involvement and coaching
- Coordinate with Supplier for Partner Technical & Sales Training on new product/s and/or technologies
