To provide excellent customer service, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of returns and delivery issues, and protecting and strengthening customer relationships. To act as a customer representative within TD SYNNEX regarding post-sale management processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent level of Portuguese.
- Basic level of English.
- Previous experience in business processes and customer service.
- Proven experience in team work.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SAP R3 (preferred).
- Knowledge of Excel and Word will be an asset.
