Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer at TD SYNNEX, you'll provide second-level support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate on global IT projects. You'll work closely with IT operations, network, and server teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain device inventories.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of field service or desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
- Associate degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Certifications such as MCSE, SCCM, ITIL Foundation, or CCENT preferred
