The Senior Vice President (SVP), Public Sector is a key executive leader responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership of our Public Sector business. This role oversees the full spectrum of Federal (Fed), State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets, providing vision, leadership, and accountability for revenue, profitability, and organizational development.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading large-scale Public Sector sales organizations with multi-billion-dollar revenue responsibility
- Deep expertise in Federal and SLED markets, including regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and market dynamics
- Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing P&L, AFC, and large-scale operational budgets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive alignment across complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate shared outcomes
- 15+ years of relevant Public Sector or technology industry experience
- 10–15 years of experience directly leading teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
