As a Customer Experience Representative, you will create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience. You will work in a team environment, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment. You will be responsible for a range of routine activities and multi-step customer transactions, generally with limited financial impact.
You will complete a broad range of financial transactions, assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, and identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems. You will also promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities, and contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
This role requires established customer service skills, a broad knowledge of basic products, and the ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of the bank.
