Job Description
Delivers a unique Member experience to improve Member financial wellbeing through assisting Members and prospective members with a variety of account transactions. Responsible for deepening relationships, educating Members on digital solutions, and identifying opportunities to refer needed products and services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality
- Ability to troubleshoot smartphones, tablets, PCs and assist members with online banking/mobile banking
