Job Description
The Member Service Representative delivers a unique Member experience to improve Member financial wellbeing through assisting Members and prospective members with a variety of account transactions, deepening relationships, and driving REAL Service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent mix of education and experience
- Previous experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication, attention to details, and problem-solving skills
