Shipping Lead

The Shipping Lead is responsible for assigning tasks and being the main contact for the shipping department, ensuring accurate and safe packaging and shipping of products to customers. Maintaining packing materials, equipment, and records is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• Generate pick lists and assign tasks to ensure efficient shipping
• Verify product accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accounting records and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with external carriers and provide necessary documentation
• Assist with data entry and cross-training in other areas of the department
