Job Description
As a Real Estate Paralegal at Array Digital Infrastructure, you'll support the growth and stewardship of a dynamic digital infrastructure portfolio by drafting, reviewing, and coordinating real estate and site-related legal documents. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to enable critical infrastructure development.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (or higher) OR 2+ years professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal professional in real estate
- Proven experience handling high-volume, deadline-driven real estate transactions
- Telecom real estate experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactional processes, including title and survey review, lease negotiations, and closing coordination
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with document management platforms preferred
