Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst Digital MKTG II to join our Digital Marketing & Social Media teams in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, manage digital properties, and drive revenue potential and brand relevance. The role involves leading email marketing & marketing automation, digital content creation, social media & paid campaign support, and digital operations & performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
- Strong verbal and copywriting skills in English
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and relationship-building abilities
