Requirements
- Analyze and document current processes in the fields of engineering, purchasing, quality, and production.
- Detect improvement opportunities by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Design and deploy optimized processes, in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure harmonization of processes and stakeholder buy-in.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and pilot change management initiatives.
- Track and report performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle times, savings achieved, and quality progress.
- Ensure compliance with specific AD&M sector standards and regulations (e.g. AS9100, ITAR).
- Support digital transformation projects, including automation, ERP improvements, and advanced data analysis.
- Develop training materials and support the deployment of new processes and tools.
