Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in aerospace, defense, or marine industries.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), and process mapping tools.
