The BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST II role involves developing and deploying procurement processes and systems, ensuring compliance in audits, and running reports on procurement-related data. The candidate will support process optimization efforts, help develop data-driven insights, and build or enhance digital workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, procurement, analytics, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred (Green Belt a plus, but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data.
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience or exposure to low-code/no-code tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or similar platforms.
- Some coding exposure (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar), including interest in tools such as Streamlit for data visualization or workflow support.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
