Requirements

• Support HR team in operational personnel care of commercial and clerical employees
• Participate in recruiting, especially for production and professional personnel
• Onboard new employees, including coordination with production and management
• Participate in HR administrative processes (e.g., contract documents, certificates, maintenance of personnel data)
• Participate in HR projects (e.g., processes, digitalization, employer branding for production occupations)
• Interest in personnel issues in the industrial / manufacturing environment
• Understanding of operational processes and practical questions
• Structured, careful, and reliable work style
• High level of discretion in dealing with personal data
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speech
