Job Description
Working with the Lean implementation team to integrate Lean tools into operations as well as drive performance improvement.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field.
- Minimum 8 years working experiences, 3 years working experiences as Continuous Improvement manager at least.
- Previous experience in leading both of continuous improvement activities and value stream transformation projects.
- Good flexibility and can work under pressure
- Demonstrate the ability to lead change, a great team-work player.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, strong leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, being result-oriented.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language is essential.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is an advantage
