Design Engineer - Plating Tooling Specialist

Job Description: Responsible for developing and implementing advanced tooling solutions to enhance precious metal plating techniques. Oversees day-to-day operations of the team, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering scope preferably in Mechanical
• Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical design experience
• Must be knowledgeable with Pro-E, Creo, and AutoCAD software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Computer Knowledge, MS Office etc, SAP knowledge added advantage
