Engineering Manager

As 'Manager RD&E', the candidate is responsible for the future of our terminal block portfolio, leading bi-locational engineering activities, managing departmental G&Os, and ensuring continuous development of necessary skills in the product development function.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience within a Engineering / Manufacturing environment with project responsibilities associated with product or process development, and/or project management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a product development environment is required, ideally with mechanical products in harsh environments
• A professional level of business acumen
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes combined with good technical awareness
• Know-How of quality tools in engineering (DFMEA, reliability engineering)
• Deep knowledge of product development processes in a stage-gate approach
• System understanding of (Industrial) Panel Architectures would be a benefit
