MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III - 1st Shift

The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Requirements

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley or similar) under guidance or established procedures
• Diagnose equipment issues and assist in identifying root causes of failures
• Perform electrical work from low voltage up through 480V, 3-phase industrial systems, following safety standards
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime
• Assist with equipment adjustments, calibration, and setup to ensure quality production
• Make recommendations for minor equipment improvements and reliability enhancements
• Utilize company maintenance software (CMMS) to document work orders, PMs, and repairs
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and production personnel
• Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance
