Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor (F/M/D)

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to guide a sub-team of manufacturing engineers focused on Machining, Plating, and Moulding. As a supervisor, you'll manage daily priorities and workloads, ensuring your team delivers results. You'll also act as a key deputy to the Manager, stepping in when needed to maintain momentum and leadership.

Requirements

• HNC or Degree in Mechanical or production Engineering or equivalent experience (5 plus years)
• Experience in CNC Machining, Plating, Welding or Moulding is desire
• Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader role required
• Computer literate using Microsoft software.
• Extensive experience maintaining SAP
• Experience ensuring quality and lessons learned with flow diagrams, PFMEA’s, control plans and quality inspection plans.
• Identifies and recommends new or improved manufacturing processes and technical developments.
• Ability to use own initiative to ‘troubleshoot’ problems in Production areas as they arise using industry tools such as 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams and 8D reports.
• Continuous improvement involving Material Replenishment and Flow, Cell Design, Quick Change Over (SMED), 5S+1, Mistake Proofing and Standards of Work.
• Drive and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be creative.
• Experience leading teams, either as a line manager or unofficial mentor is required
