MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER III

The Manufacturing Team Leader III is responsible for leading and directing a team of employees to perform their assigned job duties, adhere to basic expectations, and execute rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPs, 5S, and systems. The role involves training team members, analyzing production results, and allocating resources based on production planning. The leader is also responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and resolving production process issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required
• Must have ability to lead and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision authority
• Good track record of technical competence and/or leadership demonstrated through performance feedback
• Working knowledge of production flow and processes
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others
• Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge
• Must be proficient in English language
