MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER III

The Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing a team to perform assigned job duties, adhere to expectations, and execute rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPs, 5S, and systems. The role involves leading process improvement projects, ensuring safe performance of team members, and resolving production process issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision authority
• Good track record of technical competence and/or leadership demonstrated through performance feedback
• Working knowledge of production flow and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others
• Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge
• Must be proficient in English language
• Must be able to lift/push/pull and carry a minimum weight of 50 lbs
• Frequently required to extend arms and hands between knees and shoulders, frequent holding and grasping with hands
• Frequent standing and walking is required in this job
