Job Description
Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements. As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of Manufacturing Team Leader assembly or cable experience
- Leadership skills
- Good human relation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organization skills
- Knowledge of Just-In-Time manufacturing techniques
- Able to perform production line responsibilities
- Good understanding of all assembly or cable tools and equipment
