Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II to join our team, focusing on process development in stamping technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Japanese (native level)
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 500 or equivalent)
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
- Experience in new product development, particularly in stamping technology and tooling development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in cost analysis and investment analysis
- Experience in supplier management
