Job Description
The MGR II STRATEGIC SOURCING role manages and implements sourcing strategic project lifecycle, identifies emerging issues and trends, and recommends solutions. The position involves developing and deploying PBL procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, building a high-performing team, and driving growth of PBL business through transfer projects and flawless execution of NPIs.
Requirements
- Develop and deploy PBL procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build a clear roadmap to execute transfer projects and timely execution, meeting all the KPIs (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Management)
- Device process to accelerate the business decisions through quicker response time for RFQs, quote analysis and business case analysis
