Job Description
Job Description: MGR II STRATEGIC SOURCING. Manage and implement sourcing strategic project lifecycle, identifies emerging issues and trends, and recommends solutions. Develop and maintain strategic vendor partners, conducting strategic supplier relationship management, risk analysis, and compliance management programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- 12+ years of sourcing experience in the plastic, Stamping, Plating, assembly and machining field, familiar with connector industry
- 5 years’ Experience working in a global/region commodity role in a multinational company
- > 6+ years’ experience in people management
