New Product Demand Planning Analyst, SI&OP (Hybrid, 3PM - 12AM; Twice On-Site Monthly)

The New Product Demand Planning Analyst will prepare, lead and execute the monthly SI&OP product portfolio planning review process for Global Sensors.

Requirements

• Master's degree in supply chain management or related field
• 10+ years of employment experience
• 7+ years of Demand Planning or Supply Chain experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of technology and product development / product introduction
• Ability to model complex business challenges and develop optimal solutions through scenario planning
• Analytical acumen and ability to think critically and interpret data across demand, supply, and operations
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP modules – especially IBP Demand / Supply and Response
• Experience and success leading cross-functional projects and influencing change across peer group
• Motivated, self-driven, able to balance standard operating procedures with flexibility and responsiveness
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, preferred knowledge of SQL programming and AI
