NPI Engineer II

TE Connectivity’s MFG & PROCESS DEVELPMENT ENGINEER II is responsible for leading the design, planning and implementation of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics, medical devices, or automotive manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in NPI projects and process validation.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in CAD software and ERP/MES systems.
• Intermediate to advanced technical English proficiency.
