Job Description
Provides guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes to support organizational manufacturing goals; performs research on products and manufacturing process and shares with senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics, medical devices, or automotive manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in NPI projects and process validation.
- knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP/MES systems.
- Intermediate to advanced technical English proficiency.
