Job Description
A quality engineer ensures that manufactured products and applied processes meet all specifications and requirements, introducing and applying quality assurance practices, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Product and manufacturing system analysis to meet customer requirements
- Design and review of quality control systems
- Development and documentation of analytical methods for establishing reliability
- Ensure compliance with government and environmental regulations
- Implement and manage quality control and reliability programs
- Conduct root cause analysis, customer communication, and handling complaints
- Process quality and reliability reports
- Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries
- Organize and manage production inspections and measurement results
- Perform quality-related tasks and audits
- Comply with the company's Quality Policy and Environmental Policy
- Create and manage quality documentation for production
- Create and maintain process control plans
