R&D/Product Developer Engineer

Requirements

• Engineering responsibility for series production of multiple product groups, with a primary focus on sealing solutions such as single-wire-seals or radial seals
• Verification and implementation of technical modifications and special designs, ensuring technical feasibility and complete, compliant documentation
• Further development of existing products (e.g. design improvements, material changes, dimensional adjustments)
• Independent development of new product variants in the field of single-wire seals
• Implementation, support, and lifecycle management of technical products
• Close cooperation with production departments and tooling plants at the local site, as well as with product development teams in Collegno (Turin) and across the EMEA region to develop robust technical solutions
• Identification, initiation, and implementation of VAVE and OMP projects across various product lines
