Senior Director Commercial Excellence

We are seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Excellence to lead our global commercial transformation agenda and elevate our go-to-market, customer engagement, and marketing strategy across the business.

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, or Marketing
• 5+ years in a global leadership role within complex, matrixed environments
• Proven success leading large scale commercial transformation
• Experience in industrial, technology, manufacturing, consumer, or healthcare sectors
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, BI tools, forecasting, and analytics
