The purpose of the position is to lead and implement advanced solutions for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The role is responsible for completing complex technical tasks, including planning and designing new products, improving production methods, planning machinery and tools, as well as implementing equipment and workflows to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
- 3ā5 years of experience in production engineering, with a proven track record in process improvement and project management
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing techniques and production technologies
- Ability to use CAD software and other design and analysis tools
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills
- Strong problemāsolving abilities and the capability to make dataādriven decisions
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations
- Understanding of applicable quality standards
- Conversational level of English
