Senior Manufacturing Engineer(molding)

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (molding) to lead and implement advanced solutions for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The role is responsible for completing complex technical tasks, including planning and designing new products, improving production methods, planning machinery and tools, as well as implementing equipment and workflows to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in production engineering, with a proven track record in process improvement and project management
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing techniques and production technologies
• Solid experience in advanced molding processes (injection molding, overmolding)
• Ability to use CAD software and other design and analysis tools
• Excellent project management and team coordination skills
• Strong problem‐solving abilities and the capability to make data‐driven decisions
