Job Description
Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Machine Design / Process) job description. Design and develop manufacturing and automation platforms for new and existing products. Develops, qualifies, and optimizes tooling, equipment, and processes to meet quality and production standards. Ensures manufacturability of designs and supports smooth production ramp-up.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Min 5 years of experience in Process or Machine design
- Proficient in 3D design tools (preferably Creo, Catia, SolidWorks)
- Basic knowledge of CAD, CAE, and industrial/quality engineering tools
- Familiar with LEAN, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods (DoE, FMEA, A3, DMAIC)
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel when required
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong communication and technical writing skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels and external partners
