Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements. Works independently to solve problems and provides new perspective on existing solutions. Trains or mentors junior staff and provides inputs on performance expectations.

• Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.
• Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations.
• Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager.
