Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. Trains or mentors junior staff or new members and provides inputs on performance expectations.

• Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.

• Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager.
