SR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Leads small and medium sized projects, manages technical elements, and improves products/services or processes. Works independently to solve problems and trains or mentors junior staff.

Requirements

• Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
• Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.
• Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations.
• Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/project manager.
