SR MGR QLTY & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING

The SR MGR QLTY & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING oversees global new product introduction for DDN, driving APQP from program start through PPAP, Safe Launch, and ECNs. Acts as liaison between Engineering, Plants, and cross-functional teams to ensure launch excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Experience in Quality, Advanced Quality Engineering, and working in global organizations
• Experience managing engineering teams in cross-functional, multi-site global organizations to drive effectiveness across geographical boundaries and deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of departmental, company, and corporate procedures and systems
