SR PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER

As a Senior Product Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and supervising the execution of standard procedures, analyzing and identifying raw material issues, controlling in-process quality activities, developing quality engineering documents, and handling customer complaints. You will also lead overall scrap control and improvement for the responsible project/product, and implement quality policies, procedures, and systems to ensure business procedures align with QS and global standards.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering
• At least 7+ years electronics industry quality related working experience
• Green belt/Black belt certification
• Familiarity with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, signal integrity etc.
• Familiarity with electrical industry specification such as IPC620, IPC610 etc.
• Good communication skill, integrity, accountability and passion
